Q. Who chooses the images we receive.
A. We will supply a CD or DVD (depending on the number of people) to you with all the images we take after we had edited out shots of eyes closed, strange expressions , etc.
Q. Is it possible to get a copy of our CD / DVD at the end of the shoot.
A. We aim to produce a copy for you by the end of the shoot. Please be aware that there are a number of technical issues that may mean we are unable to facilitate this request every time. Do let us know if you have pressing need for a copy at the end of your shoot.
Q. Can we order extra copies of the CD / DVD
A. Yes we can supply extra copies of your CD / DVD. CD’s are charged at £12.50 a copy and DVD are charged at £25.
Q. Is it possible to have copies of the photos uploaded to a website so our staff can have access to view their own images.
A. Yes we offer the option of a secure on-line gallery for viewing and selecting images, which will help to speed-up the editing process.
Q. It is possible to have a different colour backdrop from the four standard backdrops.
A. Yes it is possible, we stock a large range of colour paper backgrounds at £45 for a 4ft small roll and £75 for a large 9ft roll.
Q. If we require any retouching or post production on our photos is that possible ?
A. Yes we offer a full digital retouching service. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
Q. Are there any other costs?
A. We charge any parking or congestion charges at cost.
Q. Do we need to do organize anything before the photographer arrives.
A. There are a number of things that will help to make the secession run more smoothly.
1. Let your building security know when we will be visiting and arrange passes if required.
2. If possible arrange a parking space in your building for the photographer.
3. Let us know if a P.A.T test certificate is required
4. If you’re building requires contractors to complete health and safety assessment forms please send these to us on booking confirmation.
